E0 Melamine Formaldehyde Resin Powder 98% Purity
Testing of the resin parameters reveals that the free formaldehyde content is ≤0.03%. The formaldehyde emission from plywood produced with E0 Melamine Formaldehyde Resin Powder is extremely low, ≤0.05mg/m³, meeting E0 level standard requirements.
The Useage of Formaldehyde reducers in Melamine Formaldehyde Resin
In order to help our customer base save costs, we offer formaldehyde-reducing agents to wood panel factories.
Formaldehyde reducers can be used with adhesives of any environmental grade. The usage method involves adding the formaldehyde reducer to the glue mixer during the addition of flour. By adding 5% of the weight of E1 adhesive as formaldehyde reducer and simultaneously subtracting the equivalent weight of flour, the resulting boards, when subjected to hot pressing, achieve formaldehyde emission levels meeting the EO standard.
By adding 5% of E1 adhesive as formaldehyde reducer, E0 level boards can be produced. Similarly, by adding 5% of E0 adhesive as formaldehyde reducer, ENF agent boards can be created. All of this can be achieved without altering the original adhesive's process.
The addition of 5% of this formaldehyde reducer, while reducing 5% of the flour, allows for the production of higher-grade boards without increasing costs. The result, known as the "Recon" effect, is exceptionally favorable. This approach also addresses issues associated with achieving ENF levels directly with adhesives, such as slow cold pressing, bubbling during hot pressing, low internal bond strength, poor boil test strength, and more.
